What we do

We are an independent referral partner. We review whether a company's operating records are likely to qualify for licensing to AI data buyers, and, if they do, we introduce the company to prospective buyers. We are compensated by buyers if a deal closes. You pay nothing.

What we don't do

We do not receive, store, review, clean or process your company's files or data. We do not buy data, and we do not represent either party or negotiate terms. We do not set or guarantee any price, amount or timeline — only a buyer can price a record, after reviewing it, and any offer, terms and agreement come from the buyer. All discussions after the introduction take place directly between you and the buyer.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site or said by us is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Licensing a company's records can raise questions about contracts, ownership and personal information. You should have your own attorney review any agreement before you sign it.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your company. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

Qualifying for a review does not guarantee an introduction, an offer or a completed deal. Outcomes depend on the buyer and on terms outside our control. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
